William E. King
Bill King is the president and director for Southwest Airport Services, Inc, director for GB Tech, Inc., as well as, a managing partner and management committee chair for Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, L.L.P..
Mr. King has served in his community in multiple ways from Mayor for the City of Kemah to directing, participating and holding chairs in various foundations and committees within the Houston area. Recently, Bill has been awarded the National Hurricane Conference, Outstanding Achievement Award for Migration.
Mr. King has a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Houston.
K. Bobbi Traber, M.D.
Bobbi is a Medical Doctor (anesthesiologist) from University of Wisconsin with an MBA from Wharton. Dr. Traber has held several senior executive positions with the Jefferson Health Systems in Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania Health System. She is currently the Healthcare Director and Adjunct Faculty at Rice University Jones Graduate School. Bobbi is also active as a consultant for medical management, education and operational functions to several major healthcare providers.
David Gow
David is Chairman and CEO of Gow Communications, LLC. He is also Chairman of the Board of Advisors for Amerifund Capital Group, LLC. David is the former CEO and CFO of Ashford.com, a publicly traded, leading online retailer of luxury goods and corporate gifts. Prior to that, he held several executive positions with Compaq Computer including Director of Sales Operations, North America, Digital and Tandem acquisition integration leader, and Director of Strategic Planning. He was also a consultant at McKinsey & Company where he focused on the technology, energy, banking and retail industries.
David graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and a Masters in Business and Government from Harvard University.
Robert Bernard, M.D.
Formerly the Founder and Chairman of Optimal Work Schedules, Inc., Dr. Bernard is the originator of the Metaheuristics-based software that powers EmLogis' employee logistics solutions. As senior partner and director of a successful group practice with several dialysis facilities, Dr. Bernard developed an appreciation for the demands of employee scheduling and the need to optimize for cost in addition to patient and employee satisfaction - especially in light of the limited supply of qualified healthcare workers. Prior to this, Dr. Bernard was on the faculty at the University of Texas where he developed computer simulations of filtration and dialysis. With greater than 20 years of focus on finite resource management, few people anywhere have a greater fundamental understanding of all facets required for an effective scheduling solution that incorporates the true dynamics of business and care giving demand.
Dr. Bernard has a BS in Physics from Duke University , a doctorate from the Medical College of Virginia, and Board accreditation in Internal Medicine and Nephrology from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
Joel R. Scott
Joel Scott is a Managing Partner of Cernus Development, LLC, and President of Terramark Communities, Ltd. Both entities are actively involved in mixed-use and residential community planning and development. Joel spends most of his time on the acquisition, entitlement, and marketing phases of the development process and has established himself as a visionary for anticipating future growth trends in and around the real estate community. Prior to forming Terramark Communities in 2002, he spent 18 years as a Broker with CB Richard Ellis specializing in the acquisition and sale of land for projects including single-family, multi-family, retail, and office developments.
Joel graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BBA majoring in Real Estate Development & Investment.
